Jeff Butler
Jeff Butler is a speaker, author and workplace strategist who helps organizations create workplaces where employees thrive.
Jeff Butler is an author and workplace strategist who explores human behavior within the working world. His experience spans over 40 industries in 4 continents on how different cultures and employees interact with each other. He studies common threads of behavior in industries such as IT professionals, underground utility workers, police officers to clothing retail chains. In addition, companies like Google, Amazon, John Deere, and Coldwell Banker. As a researcher and practitioner, he also runs a consulting company and a tech company, TrinityFix where he is able to test his ideas in different workplace environments. His ideas have made it to TEDx twice, appeared in dozens of media outlets including two books on human behavior:- The Authentic Workplace and The Key To The New You . Currently, he lives in Dallas, Texas as an out of place Californian.
Yuliana Guedez Forgiarini
Yuliana is a design project manager who helps speakers convey a professional virtual image to event planers.
To achieve that, she works with an interdisciplinary team always ready to take action.
Yuliana is a BA in graphic design and University Professor in Photography who is passionate for all things visual. Her design and photography work have been featured in key companies such as Photoshop and Elementor. Her artwork has also been shortlisted at the New York AI-AP (2018) and in the international mixed media competition FINI (2018) from Pachuca, Mexico. Her Editorial Design work “Washi” has been featured in the book “Grid Systems in Different Media” by Hightone (Hong-Kong, 2020) throughout all of mainland China. Speaking Spanish, English and Italian, her multi-cultural background and travel experience throughout America and Europe has allowed her to recognize international trends and acquire a wide visual culture. Also, as a millennial woman, she has a keen eye to knowing what young event planners look for by sharing their same age gap. Currently, she teaches Photographic Expression at the University of Los Andes in her hometown at Mérida, Venezuela.

Speaker Branding Phase
We will have a discovery meeting to interview you and build a Speaker Brand with a strong, conceptual base. After that, we start to work. Then, we will have a second meeting in which you will review and comment on what has been developed thus far.
What will we deliver to you?: A full branding package adapted to your needs, typically including key deliverables such as Slide Presentation design, Professional signature design, Business Card, Letter Template and LinkedIn or selected Social Media Cover graphics.

Speaker Website Design
Upon the approval of phase 1, we proceed with developing the Speaker Website Homepage Design. We host a virtual meeting to show your Speaker Website Homepage design and review comments.
